INTERNATIONAL CADAVERIC OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGY COURSE
ENDOSCOPIC SINUS SURGERY DISSECTION PROGRAM

| 09:45-10:15 | Radiologic evalution of paranasal sinus anatomy |
| 10:15-13:30 | Cadaveric dissection |
Surgical target: Uncinectomy, anterior and posterior ethmoidectomy, frontal sinusotomy, sphenoidotomy, sphenoplatine artery dissection, orbital decompression ve inferomedial maxillectomy
Supply: one side of nose for each attendee.
Equipment: The surgical instruments and endovision systems will be supplied by Karl Storz.
RHINOPLASTY COURSE PROGRAM

| 14:30-15:00 | Rhinoplasty dissection demonstration |
| 15:00-15:15 | Coffee break |
| 15:15-15:45 | The osteotomies and grafts in rhinoplasty |
| 15:45-18:00 | Cadaveric dissection |
Surgical target: Open rhinoplasty approach, cartilage sutures, grafts suturing techniques, osteotomies.
Supply: One nose for each attendee.
Equipment: The surgical instruments will be supplied by Karl Storz.
SECOND DAY
TEMPORAL BONE DISSECTION COURSE PROGRAM

| 10:15-13:30 | Cadaveric dissection |
Surgical target: Mastoidectomy, endoscopic ear surgery, canal wall up and canal wall down mastoidectomy, labyrinthectomy, facial nerve decompression.
Supply: One ear for each attendee.
Equipment: The surgical instruments and endovision systems will be supplied by Karl Storz. The operating microscope will be supplied by Zeiss.
